Cracking week – smiles all 90 miles

Since I’ve been using Endomondo, I’ve been totalling up the mileage, and this is my first 90-mile week:         Finished off with just a superb 30+ mile run on Sunday. Lots more to follow on this week’s activities :).

Nervous of today’s distance – refuelling vital

Legs feel ok, but very nervous today. 30 is the longest I’ve ever run, and after a 23.3 yesterday, the longest I will have run in 30h… 53+ miles. Trying out bagels with peanut butter and jam en route. Mmmmm.
