New year – and training beckons!

During a rather sad and hopeless December, I was a rather sorry 78 miles below my target. A mixture of parties, hangovers, general Christmas lethargy and a stunning trip to Switzerland put pay to achieving the required distance. So here’s the summary:

Now it’s a new year 2015, and  January 1st signals the start of training taking a priority. I certainly have to try to hit, and extend, the target. January’s monthly target is 227 miles. Here goes!
